Ordering and payment

Orders are reserved when submitted and confirmed only after LAC Treats verifies the bank transfer. Please use the order reference with your payment. Requested dates remain subject to capacity and confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly on +44 7592 296585. Bespoke or already-started orders may not be refundable. Any agreed refund is returned through the original payment route where possible.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame and other allergens. Products may contain traces through shared preparation areas. Tell us about allergies in the order notes and contact us before payment if the allergy is serious.

Privacy

We use the name, contact details, delivery information and order history you provide to fulfil orders, communicate about payment and delivery, provide customer support, and operate the business. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to request access or correction.
